How to Restart TP-LINK Deco E3:

  1. Download from Play Store and install the TP-Link Tether app.
  2. Open it, and log in using the TP-Link ID.
  3. Click on the device image to access TP-LINK Deco E3 settings.
  4. Then, tap Tools on the bottom right corner of the screen, and after that scroll down and click System.
  5. Click Reboot.
  6. And confirm the whole operation by taping Reboot once again.
  7. Awesome! Now give TP-LINK Deco E3 a few moments and router should be fully functional.
