How to configure DHCP on TP-LINK Deco E3:

  1. Firstly, enter 192.168.0.1 or tplinkwifi.net in the web browser address field, you can use any web browser you like Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari if you are using macOS.
  2. Enter password, default password is admin, and click LOG IN Button.
  3. When you are in TP-LINK Deco E3 main menu click on the Advanced icon in top right corner.
  4. Then, click on the Network in the list of options on the left and select DHCP.
  5. Click on the Enable box to activate DHCP, you can also specify the range from which Dynamic IP addresses will be assigned.
  6. You can also reserve some addresses for specified devices, that will always have the Static IP address.
  7. Confirm everything by clicking Save at the bottom right corner of the page.
  8. When you scroll the page down you can see the list of all actually connected devices.
  9. Great job! Now every new device which connects to the TP-LINK router will have an IP address assigned automatically.
